Within Australia: 2-5 business days.
International: Most packages are arriving within 3 weeks. Although most are arriving within this time, due to covid there can still be delays up to 21 additional business days. So thank you for your patience.
Please note: All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

International customs charges: Please be mindful of potential charges for your country. We ship from Australia and each country receiving goods may have a different policy. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are aware of any type of charges.
How do I use enviro grip?
Apply a small amount to one hand, rub hands together (or onto body part you'd like to grip) and wait until dry before use. Reapply as needed. To remove, wash hands with warm soapy water.
Can I use enviro grip on my body?
Yes! enviro grip can be used on your hands and any parts of the body you wish to improve grip and reduce sweat.

How exactly do the tubes break down?
The independent laboratory trials and testing indicate that our tubes will biodegrade in land fill in an estimated 6-10 years. Not only will it break down all commercial packaging resins, it also leaves no micro plastics. For the industry estimated 13% of packaging that will get recycled, our biodegradable tubes are still fully recyclable.Does Enviro Grip contain palm oil?
No. The glycol we use is an alcohol-based product with no palm oil being listed on the MSDS (material safety data sheet).

What currency is used on the enviro grip website?
All orders on enviro grip are processed in AUD.
For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, enviro grip process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.
This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hello@envirogrip.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Apparel:
We are happy to provide an exchange if the item does not fit, however we don’t allow refunds unless the item is faulty. You will be required to pay for return postage, and include a pre-paid, self addressed parcel post envelope for us to send out the required item/s. ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NEW. ALL TAGS MUST BE FIXED TO THE ITEM. Refunds are only available for faulty items. If you are unsure on which size to choose, please see the sizing chart page or contact us first if you're still unsure. Once your order has been placed it may not be possible to change your order due to the order being fulfilled and placed for posting, however we will do our best.

If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
Return tender
Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, The Enviro Co has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
